The mind is just like a magnet, that pull something thought in mind comes into our life
Everything thought will produce himself, as people think about himself, so happens he.
When we are in a bad mood, it means we are calling the bad things happen in our life.
When we are in a good mood, it means we are pulling the good things happen in our life.
Change bad mood into good mood by changing our perspective (changing our mind setting) about something thought. Changes of our perspective will change our feeling/emotion into a good mood.
More dominant mind affects our emotion.
If the dominant mind is positive (positive thinking), it will produce a calm feeling and focus on the goals, focus that everything will be better and according to what we expected.
A calm mind will also produce a calm feeling.
